Has the one up the street in orono beat. Everytime I went to orono and asked for a midnight dark roast they would give me regular coffee like I could not tell. Last time I went back thru drive thru and dumped it out on the ground at the windo and have never gone back. Old town makes me a fresh pot if they don’t have any made. If you advertise it you should sell it not give you something you did not order. Thank you old town DDs. Mustang guy.

Turned out to be a mix of several sweet adds that tasted terrible… coffee is costing more and more and the attendant can’t get the basics right… and the two cars ahead of me were pulled over apparently for a wrong order! It’s ridiculous that this location caters to the drive through line. 4-5 people on shift and they all are working the drive through. When the drive through line is long, some people like to go inside in hopes of not having to wait long. WRONG! Gotta wait for drive through to be served first. And when they mess up the order, you gotta wait even longer. Now I don’t mind waiting for anything, but I never should have to wait 10 minutes for a coffee at the inside counter. DO BETTER DUNKIN!

I’ve gone here pretty consistently for the past year, and it sucks to say but I think they’ve messed my order up about 8 out of 10 times. They’re nice employees, so I feel bad, but I think I’m done with this location. If the orders not messed up then I can always count on the coffee cups being horribly leaky and getting coffee all over the car. The Orono location just down the road is ran much better, and Aroma Joe’s is vastly higher quality in all areas, though the wait there is insufferable so I tend to go with Dunkin. At the very least, this location has given me great motivation to wake up early to brew my own coffee and make my own breakfast at home before suffering through the lackluster service of this location.

My coffee was a mess I had to ask for a napkin to clean it off all the while she was on her phone with her child. This in my opinion is a huge no no. You have a job to do at a busy establishment. Breaks are for phone calls. Please be more professional

I order a large iced coffee. Since when does DD charge for extra swirl? I noticed them put in a ” . ” after I stated the number of flavorings and cream. What is it? I don’t see it. Oh it’s 40 cents for extra swirl. Since when? No other DD I’ve been to does it.

The lady who I assume to be the manager was literally yelling at her associates for the duration of our visit. The counter person was very kind and patient regardless of the screaming manager. Otherwise service was quick, just very unprofessional of the manager.
