Went inside this morning. Only two people there working. Busy with drive-thru orders so it was slow counter order, but the girl did the best she could. But after waiting, my wrap was cold. Got my money back. Went to other DD up the road in O.T., they had 5 or 6 people working! Aren’t both of them owned by same person? Why the difference in staffing?

Most of the time this Dunkin is good. But 3 times in the last 2 months my sandwich or other hot item has been cold. I have ordered mini stuffed bagels, twice, and both times the centers were ice cold. Today it was a bacon, egg and cheese in a croissant and the egg was completely cold. I ended up throwing it away and picking something up at McDonalds instead. So disappointing.

Second time I stopped here in 8 days, both time were horrible! First time, cups leaked so bad 1/4 of my coffee was gone within 2 minutes. This time the lost my order, used the app. Give this store a couple weeks before stopping line has been long.

I ordered an everything bagel and they were out, so they went the extra mile and buttered up a plain bagel and threw on some everything seasoning to replicate the stock everything bagel. They really take care of their customers.
