Was the 1st time trying this coffee place and it’s by far one of the best ones. The staff was really nice and helpful and their food is delicious, I only tried their hashbrowns and their bacon and omg was it ever good, it had a sauce on it and had a bit of a kick due to pepper on it and their Blue Raspberry Energy punch is really good.

Ordered a hot chocolate with whip cream. I was headed out of town towards my home 2 hours away. Got about 10-15 minuets out of town and took a drink. Was the mist discusting thing I had ever had. I pulled over to look and it was a hot coffee with whip cream. Talk about discusting.

Ok, to be fair, this is one of only two coffee spots in this very small town. Obviously, the wait time will be longer than usual at any given time of day. However, when you offer the to-go walk-in option on the app, you need to make certain those people have their orders ready to go at the time they walk in. Waiting 15 mins is excessive and unacceptable for to-go orders. Unfortunately, as I said, this is the only Dunkin in town so all of us who enjoy a Dunkin tolerate the wait! Still doesn’t make it acceptable!

Just ordered 2 coolatas from the cross-eyed cashier with purple splotches in her hair. They were both wrong. Like, completely wrong. The guy in front of us left with the exact same drink. The unsatisfied look on his face makes me suspect that his was also wrong.
