Great experience. Gentleman named Eli who is normally there (not sure if he’s a manager or not) but is always super friendly, always eager to help and very helpful fixing any possible problems. If they could accept tips I would tip the every time! Eli always seems to keep the energy good and his co-workers happy. Told him I would leave a good review because he deserves it! The whole crew is amazing! Best Dunkin’ around and highly recommend.

This is the worst dunkin’s I’ve been to in Maine. This past experience tops the cake. We ordered a large drink and two extra toasted bagels thru mobile order. When I got to the window, I received a medium drink without whipped cream (as I had ordered). When I went to get the error fixed, the drink was barely filled, leaving more than two inches of space left for liquid. This wouldn’t usually bother me as now I have two drinks, but when the manager is there, our drinks are never filled to the top. This is a regular occurrence.

Made an order for a frozen hot chocolate, and received a frozen coffee instead. The sticker on the side even said frozen hot chocolate. I understand being busy, but we were the only ones in line. Plus, having two different people on the speaker, you don’t know if they both got the same order. And, trying to offer me another drink, When I already ordered the one. Was a bit much. It’s to hot for these games.
