Don’t order a bagel. They won’t toast it and they’ll put an entire brick of cream cheese so your bagel is not only freezing but not toasted. They are rude. Slow. Burnt coffee. If I could I would give zero stars because I’ve given this place so many tries and each time is worse than the first. Ask for double toasted and you’ll get 1/2 of the bagel toasted the other half loaded right to the top with enough cream cheese for 5 bagels. I feel bad for the employees because it’s lack of management. They have no one to teach them. And it’s my own fault because everyone that lives in town Madison has said not to go there just skip right to Norge Walker Skowhegan because it is that bad but you would just think maybe they’re having a bad day next time will be better but no it’s every time and even if you go in and complain and have some thing remade the remake is worse than the original. I’m not trying to be a Karen but this place really needs some help. I’m from Waterville so I used to get Dunkin’ Donuts all the time and it was never gross so for anyone coming here to leave a bad review or just a read the reviews take the trip to Waterville on Main Street you won’t be disappointed.

What a joke. Walk in and the cashier put the order in wrong, voided it. Ordered a matcha drink. Was charged for two medium drinks. When the wrong order was given it was brought up that that wasn’t correct. Receipt even showed correct drink. Instead of making the correct drink the women argued and offered a donut. No thanks. Never got the correct drink, or the difference in payment for their mess up.

I always get a vanilla bean coolatta and a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles. Always yummy. I wouldn’t recommend dunkin everyday bc most their stuff is pretty unhealthy from what I’ve seen, but as a treat its nice!

I’ve been here multiple times unfortunately it’s the only one in the area. The district manager cares none and fails to returns calls. The staff has no idea what they’re doing. Orders are never correct and there’s no change in sight. This is a rant however I hope this manages to change the way they operate. **update. District manager reached out handled the situation professionally and politely. Turns out the A team is on vacation. It depends on who works to get quality here.

Customer service was awful. 2 out of the 3 people working were very rude to almost everyone in there. I smiled at them when I walked in and was given a weird dirty look by the 2 and when I ordered they acted very annoyed with me. I’ve never gone in before today and now I’m gonna avoid going in there ever again. Clearly since im not the only one thats been treated this way, pretty sure something needs to change. Think some workers need some training on customer service ASAP. Extremely unwelcoming.
