Easily the worst Dunkin’ there is. Staff doesn’t care you exist, orders are always wrong or incomplete, and worse, staff acts like its your fault… No one I know ever has a good experience here. Do yourself a favor, and drive to Walpole or Westminster.

There is a sign out side that day 3 bags of coffee for 19.99 dollars, they said no its not on sale, and I asked for a holiday coffee, they told me they didn’t have it. I’m a very upset customer and thinking I will do my business also where!

It was a little busy, but they knew what they were doing. Just a line of customers waiting for their order to be finished. Drinks were made perfectly and food was nice and hot, busy or not this was a great Dunkin Experience. (No drive-thru, walk in only)

Well, first off, I asked for an iced machiato and a hot CARAMEL signature Latte and got an iced machiato and an iced pumpkin spice latte. Had to go back and REORDER for CARAMEL signature latte paying 5 more dollars to get a signature latte but with no CARAMEL. How do people screw up an order this bad twice?

really bad experiences here. the male cashier that’s working mornings is terribly slow we waited in line to order for 15 minutes when there was only one person in front of us. when we finally got our food not only was the bagel burnt, but the egg was completely raw which could hurt pregnant people’s unborn baby and make anyone else very sick. and the other person i was with they didn’t bother putting the cream cheese on their bagel, and put it on the side. if we wanted to make our own food we wouldn’t have gone out.

Waited 20 min for my food. When I asked they said it was gone a long time ago. Yet I’m standing there waiting. Someone gave it to a different customer. So I waited again. When I got home…the egg was still frozen in the middle. My hashbrowns were overcooked, hard and not edible. I will never go again. will tell others not to go.
