Absolutely the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. The employees were all fighting loudly and wouldn’t ring us up at the register for in store purchases. They made my iced coffee with granular sugar, then grudgingly made a 2nd one with liquid sugar but it was still somehow the most sour and bitter iced coffee I’ve ever gotten from Dunkin.

10/20/22 11am I went through the drive through ordered a croissant stuffer a medium iced caramel coffee 4, 4, and 4 then a thing of hash browns, they didn’t even read my order back to me as they should. I got to the window it was $8.80 and I had exact cash $5, 3 ones, 3 quarters and a nickel. I gave her the money she said I only gave her 7.41$ like I know what I counted I asked for my ones gave her another $5 I didn’t get my change and she proceeds to give me a hot coffee and I said that wasn’t mine gave me a huge attitude about it I said I got a medium iced proceeds to give me a small, I said again not mine, finally got a medium and they didn’t even give a straw. This was a lady with short black hair and a lip ring.

Went inside to order as the drive thru line was backed up into the street. Stood 2nd in line and did not move for over 10 minutes before we left. There was a woman working the counter who was counting change and then went to the back behind the wall who was talking to employees and seemingly hanging out as the inside line backed up out of the door. There was not a single person’s order taken as we stood there, so we left.
