When I came back about 45 minutes later, the staff remembered the incomplete order and gave me the donuts without charging me again. The employees here all deserve a raise! I have no idea how they manage it all, this location gets so busy in the morning (like lines of cars all the way out to the road) and the small team still manages to provide the fastest service they possibly can and work so hard to be attentive to all customers in a timely manner PLUS they’re very kind and always wish me a good day

6 29 July 31st sitting here ordered two coffees been here for 13 minutes already nobody in the lobby the two girls working are useless every time I come here it’s a problem the other one cares more about prepping to close to the point where the other one asked for help and was told I’m busy “busy” pouring coffee in containers ridiculous. I’m not coming here anymore it’s not gotten any better I think worse since the remodel.

Never been to this Dunkin’ Donuts before. Went into the lobby and ordered a large coffee. There were many orders coming out at once and somebody put a coffee down that looked like it may have been mine. I asked if it was order 492, and older woman that worked there said “I don’t know, what does it say on the cup”

When I get a hot chai latte I prefer my cup closer to full and my drink hot. This was barely warm, almost $5 dumped down the drain. My friend got a coffee and it was dripping out of the bottom of the crushed cup into the cupholder.

Extremely poorly run, Manager Michael and worker Alexandria need to be replaced with some more polite, efficient workers. 26 minutes to get a grilled cheese, no apology. Asked for another iced coffee since I drank one while I waited. Was told to pay for another. I did at another Dunkin. Owner and GM should be ashamed.

Put a mobile order in for a single large iced coffee 5 minutes before getting to the restaurant. 28 minutes after arriving I finally got my coffee…and it tasted old and didn’t have milk but cream. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. This is the worst dunks I’ve ever been to.
