I waited 45 minutes in line… for this sandwich to be messed up when i first received it. Then this when corrected, the egg wasnt even thawed out from being frozen.. they did a separate transaction for my coffee and breakfast sandwiches which in turn made me pay tax twice. Im am completely disappointed. I called the location to be put on hold and nobody ever went to the phone. I want a refund i spent 22$ on inedible food!

I ordered an everything bagel with veggie creme cheese .. I waited quite a while to even place my order. There were many waiting g to receive their orders. The facility was very unkept, sitting area needed cleaning, the equipment behind counter was dirty and unclean.

Waited 20 mins for a coffee in drive-thru with only one car in front. When asked why it is taking so long to order a coffee their response: “We are short staffed so we get to you when we feel like it.” Clearly this is one franchisee who doesn’t feel they need to follow brand standards set by corporate. Their tagline “the world runs on Dunkin” ….. Clearly not in Brattleboro hahaha

Consistently makes orders wrong, management seems lost and confused. Chaotic mess where you’ll wait upwards of 10-30 mins just for a single coffee. If you are in a hurry or have places to be. Avoid at all costs. West Brattleboro Dunkin’s service is much better, faster and worth the money.

Took 37 minutes to get a coffee and a bacon egg and cheese with one car infront of me when I arrived. Needless to say since this caused me to get docked pay at work for taking so long I can’t say I can recommend with a brugers bagel within sight

In line from 7:18 to 7:38 to get a medium iced coffee. Ended up leaving the line with 4 people in front of me after moving only 2 car lengths in 20 minutes. That’s why I’ve stopped going to Dunkin’s. The coffee is better at the Canal street location than the Putney road location and I was excited to be covering on that side of town so I could get a coffee. But I could hand grind beans and heat the water over an open campfire faster.
