The Alburgh D&Ds isn’t what I would say a good place to stop. The employees are extremely slow. You better be ready to wait 15ish minutes to order and finally get it. We just stopped and waited 11 minutes just to order. We decided to leave and go home. That cost them 4 large drinks and donuts. Only reason we stop there is we are on the way home from camp. Never again…

By far the worse Dunkin I’ve ever been to, I have put trust in them multiple times hoping they were just having an off day with my their coffee but nope, they just suck. If you were looking forward to a quality drink, you will not find it here. Their coffee is watered down incredibly and on top of that they add minimal to almost zero ice in their iced drinks/coffees. They have no excuses at this point to make disappointing drinks the way they do. I’m not sure if the training there is weak or they just dont put in effort but something needs to change about it. An absolute waste of money, save it. Youre better off drinking a cup of water, at least with that you know that’s it suppose to be water and not their sad version of coffee.

Not the greatest of Dunkin Donuts in the area. Out of all the staff, only one of them is friendly. The others are very rude and act like working here and dealing with customers is the worst thing imaginable. They’ll talk to you like a child while they mess up your order or forget half of it when you pull to the window. They give me half my order and while I’m waiting for the rest I’m met with, “what are you waiting for? You got your drink.” I’m sorry you forgetting the rest of my food is an inconvenicne for you. Mind you the iced coffee was about 90 percent ice and barely any coffee as well. You may get lucky and get the one friendly staff member there who knows what he is doing but that’s a gamble you take going to this one.

They couldn’t figure out mobile ordering. My iced dark roast was white from cream. I was refusing to take the drink because I could see it was disgusting and they kept asking me to pay but I had already paid in the app. They finally pushed the drink into my hands and told me to drive away. I made sure I was not charged, threw away my iced cream, and found a different location to buy my coffee.

I dont know why they stay open until 8 because they won’t give you anything on the menu after 7:15 because none of the employees want to use the equipment, probably because they are to lazy to clean it.

very slow service, extremly rude workers, and forgotten parts of orders on more then one occasion, I paid nearly $4 for a drink and it was filled to the top with ice and barely any drink in it at all.
