Great customer service over the phone. Placed an order for jugs of coffee for a special meeting in Grand Isle, VT. I was traveling from Montpelier, VT. I was to place the order 30 minutes out driving up the interstate. Everything was prepared and ready by my arrival. This is a gad station Dunkin donuts cafe. The in house customer service is good but it can have a line of people waiting.

Small selection to product as it is combined with a gas station. AM girls are superb to their repeated customers. They have never once messed up my coffee. I won’t go to other Dunkins in the area because none can get it straight. So, to the dude who said these AM girls were stupid, no, they arent superiorly educated to any degree, they work at DD, you sound like you should apply though. Keep it up girls!!!

the two girls working on August 10th (the am shift) were quite possibly the biggest retards I’ve ever come across. these two idiots hurt the $15 dollar an hour for fast food workers cause . I can not condone $15 an hour for fast food workers when these two will directly benefit from it.
