Was super disappointed with my experience. I’m a daily customer and I came through a little later in the day and wow the difference was real. Worker was beyond rude. And then purposely put granulated sugar when I had said I’ve had problems before with them putting regular sugar rather than liquid in my iced coffee. Safe to say I’ll never be back.

Love this Dunkin! In the morning always get my order right and always tastes great! Only downfall when you order after 5pm and ordering through the app there is nothing available. Not even Iced coffee or Regular coffee. I get they close at 7 but thats 2 hrs before close. Very disappointing only in the evening though.
