I find it interesting that people that refuse to do their job have any job at all. I mean is it asking too much to make more donuts? I thought that’s why your there….. I do hope they find God or a good night school or someone to explain hard work to them but that’s what I’d expect from. Swanton. Now I just drive 15 minutes to Saint Albans for my donuts, than experience the ridiculous level of ignorance and rudeness that you’d find at this particular astonishment.

I understand the intercoms can make it difficult to hear and understand the customer but when the employee is Telling me what I had ordered was definitely off putting than to blatantly disregard my order because of the miscommunication and serve me black coffee so i had to turn around up the road to go back to correct the issue.. thank God i wasn’t dealing with my normal time crunch. Normally love this location over the surrounding Dunkins but today was by far my worst experience.
