Not the most efficient Dunkin I’ve been to but pretty typical for Dunkin’s inside gas stations vs. stand-a-lone locations. Food and drink were good as expected. A little tricky getting in and out of the parking lot since the road is so busy. Not a lot of parking.

I went to get a macchiato last night, i also work at a dunkin so i was very patient. It took me a bit longer to get there so my drink melted a bit, so i promptly asked for a cup of ice. The manager, Colleen, then rolled her eyes, sighed, and rudely stated “25 cents.” that is completely fine, i am totally willing to pay, i pull out my debit card to pay. and she scoffed and said “Seriously? it’s 25 cents, you’re going to use your card? You know it costs us more to run cards right?” she whined on. “god, just take it then” she said shoving the ice cup towards me almost making it fall over. i then apologised and explained that i didn’t carry cash on me, and that i would pay in cash if i could and she just put her hand up at me and ignored me. Terrible customer service, especially for a manager!

Slow service and they don’t tell you when your drink is ready. They had my drink waiting on the counter while I thought it was still being prepared. ultimately it got cold when it was supposed to be hot chocolate.

Stopped to refuel, both the car and my caffeine tank. We don’t always go to Dunkin, but it’s nice to know the coffee is consistent, regular hot coffee is hard to mess up. I used to spend a lot of money on drinks here but times are tough and money is hard to come by, so getting a refill in my travel mug makes life so much nicer! Thank You for being open on Memorial Day.

Terrible service. They did not have what I ordered, so instead of telling me they make me wait for 20 minutes and hand me an empty cup and tell me to call Dunkin Donuts directly to get my money back. They should have updated their app if they do not have the ingredients.

Scary. Two “adults” and one minor were “running” the show. One said “adult” running the register was wearing a drink tray on her head as a hat, how sanitary. The other adult was manning sandwich station and seemed oblivious to a woman standing at the clearly labeled “pick up” area trying to take her order with him. The young girl working, clearly in training, struggled to make the beverages in my online order. She needed to be walked through each step but, as it was too busy, she was on her own. Definitely effected my order, the latte was terrible and I could barely taste any espresso. Scary to see who’s running the show here, I would skip the stop here and keep trucking. Word of advice, wear your uniform (including visor) rather than a drink tray meant for customer’s orders on your friggin head.
