The coffee is decent, but the food is not great. The staff is friendly. The donuts are always messy and dried up. Considering it’s dunkin donuts…. that’s disappointing. You’re better off going to hannafords or price chopper and grabbing some donuts from their bakery!!

I would rate no star if I could! Several times in the past few months I’ve gone to Dunkin Donuts in Morrisville and been refused service in the lobby I was told its only open for mobile orders and drive thru. I’ve stated that I don’t have mobile order or pay and I can’t go through the drive thru and I was told that I couldn’t be served. Nobody should be refused service simply because they can’t go through the drive thru or do a mobile order it’s unacceptable to require any customer to have a vehicle, phone and or an app to purchase their products. Honestly it’s not that good of coffee or food anyway! I chose to go elsewhere everytime I was refused service and I won’t be going back anytime soon if at all. If they only realized how much buisness they’re loosing by refusing service like that.

This location needs help. It’s a regular occurrence for it to take 20+ minutes to get through the drive thru in lines that would take 5 elsewhere. I’m sure the workers are doing their best and are probably understaffed or something like that but it’s a shockingly poor drive thru experience.

Today 4/1/23 at 8:30ish my husband and I received the BEST service and HIGHEST quality food/coffee we’ve EVER had! The Morrisville dunkin is the most efficient location in the entire state of Vermont! Probably because it was mostly men working (1 woman)! These guys know how to run a ship! Thank you to everyone working! You ALL deserve a big FAT raise! $$$

I spent at least 10 minutes in drive-through got to the speaker and I had to wait another five minutes for them to take my order which was large, black, iced coffee, bacon, egg, and cheese croissant with an order of hashbrowns. All they got right was my large black ice coffee got no hashbrowns and all I got was an egg and cheese croissant. And the guy at the drive-through window noticed the bag wasn’t right because he turned around and asked somebody and then handed me the bag and told me to have a good day. don’t going to that Dunkin.

How hard is it to get an order right? I literal do the majority of their job for them by using the mobile app. But then I have to repeat my order repeatedly at the window (when I finally get there after waiting 20+ minutes in the drive thru for the 3 cars in front of me). All that time and repeated instructions on what my order is and they always get it WRONG! The worst is being asked to pull out front after waiting 30+ minutes, and they still get it wrong. Management at this location either needs to retrain every single employee or management needs to be replaced. Worst Dunkin experience of my life.
