This Dunkin always has great service, and the food is usually on point as well. Today I placed my mobile order (how I always do it) twice by accident. The employees were extremely helpful in assisting me to get that taken care of, even though it was a mistake made by me, and not the establishment. All in all, they made the experience that much better by being polite and respectful when sorting out the issue. For that, as well as the other reasons above, I give 5 stars!

The manager is completely rude and disrespectful. It’s no wonder why there is always new people working. First hand witnessed her yelling at the new girl, “don’t ask questions just go look!” I could keep going about all the rude things I’ve witnessed but I’ll stop. Will NEVER go back to this Dunkin’s simply because how management treats customers and employees! Completely disgusted!!

First, the cashier made mistakes on the bill. We didn’t get what we wanted at the start. Second, it took a while to get our drink. We surely waited 10 minutes after we had our sandwiches wich, for my boyfriend, wasn’t what he wanted at the start. Very bad experience. I didn’t remember when was the last time i was that point disappointed. Didn’t recommend to anyone.

Not impressed with the service my fiancé and I received this morning. I got a matcha latte and nothing was mixed in. I took a sip and got a mouthful of matcha powder. My fiancé got a caramel craze latte and it tastes like nothing but plain slightly sugary milk. Both of our donuts were thrown in the bag upside down with the frosting all over the bottom of the bag. Very rude young lady running the cash register and there was even a customer trying to hand out coffee to people to lessen the line because the staff were simply throwing the coffee on the counter and not calling out names or flavors. We will not be returning to this dunkin. Horrible experience for our morning and we opted to go to a different local coffee store.

I was at the st johnsbury dunkin donuts this morning at about 9:15 and ordered a medium vanilla Chai and a half a dozen donuts, I was given my my Chai and noticed it felt really light. I took the lid off and the cup wasn’t even 3/4 full so, I went back thru the line and asked them to please fill give me a full cup and rather than adding more Chai to the cup to fill it, the blonde doing the drinks simply added some hot water to it and re-frothed it. So, now I have a watered-down Chai. Thanks dunkin…..

Everything & nOTHING
The people who work here will steal from you. I had been shorted $20 from a $100, and they said “we don’t just hand out $20s here”. So I suggested that when they count their drawer if it is $20 over they call me. Sure enough I get that call saying they found my $20. But when I go to pick it up, they act like they don’t remember me and say “oh… uh… we got $10 here I think”.
