The boss is non professional!! along with all the high school kids who are rude as heck, an have no respect for elders. I honestly see two – three workers who actually do there job there an I only get my orders correct whenever there in working honestly hope too see a better stronger work environment. HOWEVER THE BOSS definitely needs too be fired I mean she clearly loves too hire druggies, seen all kind’s throughout the 2 years of going there right down too teenagers screaming and hitting other workers that I had witnessed today ! Witch is the 4/15/23 this is all very disturbing and disgusting too see and the boss lets that all happen I really do hope too see a new boss and management team working on getting this place together. ~truly miss all the fantastic workers whom always treated me correctly and never scared others away

Customer service was fine, the server even asked me if I needed a napkin after the lid didn’t fit and spilled on my lap. This is not intended to be a bad review.. but, I asked for an extra large , extra extra. It was still boiling hot and very dark, and absolutely no sugar. I understand it could have possibly been the sugar dispensing machine. I know other stores that have had issues with that. But I have used them in the past myself and you can tell if the sugar is coming out or not . Eyes open people please! Thank you.

Don’t order online! I arrived, and only part of my order was filled. They left out the 6 donuts I ordered. I finally flagged someone down to tell that I ordered online and the donuts were missing. She just tells me to walk over to the counter to place the order. I feel stupid because I have to cut the line and explain everything all over again. Nothing accommodating about the staff.

The poor employees here are always razzled they’re never enough people working and they’re always long lines and mistakes are made, but I don’t blame the employees because they seem that they’re doing their best, under stressful circumstances. Whoever owns this place hopefully they can find more staff, I know there’s a shortage but it’s hard on the customers and the workers.
