Since the new takeover with these new employees, it seems to me that they do not know what they are doing with making coffees and such. When trying to tell them EXACTLY how to make a coffee with the number of flavors, number of sugar, number of dairy. They still manage to jack it up regardless The old crew that were there were able to manage listening consistently and were able to follow directions. Even the employees were rude at times when telling them they made it wrong where they throw a tantrum. It is not my fault you guys messed up on the order and have to redo the coffee. It is your fault which should have been done correctly the first time around. Maybe the owner or whoever will read this, maybe not. However, the loss of revenue because of this new crew is really going to cost them because of the mistakes they are making and the loss of customers because of their work ethics and attitudes. I might as well go to a Starbucks if I wanted the same treatment with bad service.

This dunkin donuts is terrible. The cashier was the only nice person we came into contact with. The drive thru is a bad set up. You have to turn in from the street or else you have to k turn in the small parking lot also we spent 40 dollars on sandwiches and drinks for everyone and nothing was made right. I’ll be showing pics. One sandwich had literally 3 half pieces of bacon and the other had about 10 pieces. The other sandwich wasn’t toasted on the bottom portion on the bagel. The only had 3 different kinds of bagels left at 11 am!. We wanted egg bagel… They don’t serve egg, we said poppy bagel they said didn’t have, we said blueberry , didn’t have that…. Then the cashier told us we only had 3 options… Plain everything and wheat. So many dunkin donuts to choose from and only so many kinds of bagels and this one store only has 3 options… That’s not right. This is the dunkin donuts that is on the corner and only a drive thru. I want to be sure people do not confuse with the one next to taco bell. Then to top it all off … The person cooking didn’t even mark the sandwiches they threw them all in the bag and said oh well make the customer figure out which is which by touching other people’s food at home and getting their fingers all over others food. Also the hash browns were soft and stuck together in the bag we had to eat them with a fork or spoon that wasn’t provided neither was ketchup or salt and pepper. We also asked if they had a sausage and chz english muffin they said NO but if we wanted a sausage and chz we HAD to pay for the sausage egg and chz so we are paying for the egg when not getting the egg and she said yes. …. I will never go here again and that is 30 to 40 dollars every 3 days that is not going to this particular store now. Just because they have no understanding of how to make a simple sandwich.

My sister got an under cooked bagel and then after asking them for something else she winded up with untoasted sourdough bread (no big deal) but then opened up the sandwich for the egg to cool down and realized the sausage was cold. Not great for my first and only experience there but at least they got my coffee right ♀️

Worst experience ever. I started ordering my food the girl that was taking the order didn’t know what she was doing. I had to repeat my order five different time and each time she was saying the opposite of what I was saying. I got to the window and they start giving all the wrong orders. I told them that what they where giving me was wrong and the girl that was taking the order came up to the window and started telling me that I never order what I was telling them. I told her I repeated my self multiple times. They need new ppl that know what they are doing to work in that place.

Best Dunkin ever the workers are so kind , caring I love how they repeat you’re order . Even writes little notes on the cup I’ve went to this Dunkin on really bad day when I left the young girl wrote great note . All the girls at this Dunkin are amazing ,kind young lady I even love the new Manger Jen she is definitely awesome supper sweet …

How does one confuse mocha with pumpkin? I really like this location and it seems like they try harder everyday to keep me from going back. Where’s Stephanie (my favorite server) when you need her? I appreciate the service with a smile but it feels like a slap when they still get my order wrong to the 10th power. I advise my fellow consumers to steer clear of this location until they get it together again.

I got a small coffee and it tasted BURNT and they put sugar when I asked for Splenda!! I am a diabetic and that coffee brought my blood sugar through the roof and almost gave me a heart attack. AND ON TOP OF THAT the service was terrible, they were very rude. Will NOT be returning even though it is the closest Dunkin to me.
