Upgrading to a large or medium is NOT .30 more like they tell you. They try and get more money from you and laugh about it with the employees. The manager also will make fun of customers and how they look or their weight. He puts up a front of being nice, but will call a customer ugly or fat or sexualize them behind their back. Don’t work here or go to this one. The food has been expired before as well as the milk. For employment, you don’t get breaks and the only food you can eat during your entire shift are bagels and donuts. I just recently left and found a much better job. And Im unable to get my last check because I was blocked by my manager for literally quitting lmao. Every former employee recently told me they hated working here and working for Doug. The place is barely cleaned too. I’ve seen all types of bugs and rodents there. This is probably the worst dunkin i’ve ever worked for and i’ve been working at dunkin’s for years now. I’d like to have my check.

Was just there Saturday 8:25 in the morning and the girl at the drive-through had such an attitude I was trying to give her the correct change to get $12 back. I miss counted I was short five cents instead of the girl telling me oh, I’m sorry you gave me the wrong amount She gave me back 1195 if I wanted change back why would I try to give you the exact amount and when I said to her, I could’ve just gave you the five cents she gave me an attitude and snuffled under her breath. First I was greeted by a miserable girl just what you want to see first thing in the morning…. then I get my ice coffee that tasted like they used toilet water and it had coffee grounds in it I will never come back …. not sure why the manager dosen’t fix these issues I read the room lots of 1 stars.

Ordered two bagels with cream cheese I got two non-cooked bagels squished into a triangle with ice cold cream cheese packs on the side. I asked if they could put the cream cheese on they put the cream cheese ice cold in one big blob in the center of the bagel and smash them together in about three seconds. Very strange to me. I looked at them and immediately asked for a refund. The girl at the register Who processed it had a terrible attitude. When I asked if she wanted to see them she said no I’m all set with a nasty attitude. I told her the customer service was a bit tough and she looked right at me and said I really don’t care. I used to order there every other morning when I get my gas I will no longer be coming here. Not even for gas. 9:50am on 6/9/22. She knows who she is.

If I could rate ZERO I would. I am not sure what happened to this location but over the past 3 months this establishment has increasingly went into the dumps. I was a frequent customer but not anymore! The new skinny manager with glasses needs to be replaced because it’s obvious she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Where is the old manager and the old crew? Coming from an individual who runs my own business, you should have taken care of your old manager because her leaving has to be hurting the business drastically. There is a complete new staff, who needs to get their heads out of their ASS’!! I wait in line for almost 15-20 minutes. It’s ridiculous. The other day I tried to go inside and I should have just stayed in my car. The interior of this place looks exactly like it is. A truck stop. For a business to be serving food, the health department needs to be called. I will be taking my business elsewhere! I would rather pay an extra 3$ for a coffee then dealing with this everyday!
