I ordered a mobile order. The worker was rude over the speaker since I guess I showed up too quickly for her liking. I then proceed to the window where I am handed a hot latte (I ordered iced) and the window was immediately shut. I tried to say excuse me a couple times and she just said the sandwich is coming. I said ok but I am just trying to let you know I ordered an iced latte. She just looked at me and rolled her eyes, took the latte back and said nothing. She gave me the sandwich which was also not the way I ordered It. I purposely order on the mobile app so that I know the information is entered correctly. She wanted the sandwich back to fix It, which I don’t think is the proper way to handle that especially during a pandemic. I stated at this point I would just like my money back and she argued about that as well. Yikes! Stay away because they’re not happy about mobile orders, but they’ll take 15 minutes to make a normal order at the drive through.

We stopped here on 11/18/22 about 6:00pm on a game night at veterans stadium. Tried to order a bagel sandwich was told toaster was shut down as they close at 7pm, when I asked for a coffee I was told its not on her menu screen so she couldn’t make it (Nutty Pumpkin). I mean its game night and its cold alot of people want hot drinks, never mind we wont be going there again but loosing out on other business because your crew wants to close it down early. SMH and to top it off this location is super slow, you wait in drive thru 10 mins at times, wish there was another dunkin on that strip. Spent our money at Mcdonalds instead, which BTW was packed!

2 times now I’ve tried this stores drive thru. The first took over 15 minutes with only a few cars in line. Today I decided to try again on my lunch break. Big mistake. Took 20 minutes with only a few cars. I only ordered a small hot coffee. When I got up to the window they didn’t have my order and couldn’t find it! She repeated back somebody elses order that wasnt even close. How the hell did that happen after wasting 20 minutes in line idk. And they wanted to retake my order at the window and make it there but I was already late to go back to work and said nvm. I left with nothing and wasted my whole lunch after only ordering a small hot coffee. I will not be going back after 2 bad experiences. Seems like better management is needed

Waited in line for 10 mins. Finally got to the microphone and the guy struggled to understand us. We ended up telling him our order 3 times (just 2 coffees, nothing fancy). When we got to the window they handed us coffee that did not match what we ordered (hot instead of iced). Then told us it was 9$ for 2 coffees. When I questioned it they made me feel stupid…2.44 each plus tax was what they stated. I explained the basic math of 3+3 is 6 not 9. Turned out we were charged for 3 coffees…then when we gave them the money they couldn’t get the register to open, we left without getting our change. We were there for over 20 mins.

Every time I go here the experience is horrible. I was charged $8 for 4 donuts as they rang it out incorrectly, the store was open for an hour but the muffins weren’t ready and when I asked when they would be, they just repeated they weren’t ready. Employees are rude, untrained, sit and talk instead of helping customers, place is always dirty and garbage overflowing, obviously owner/management doesn’t care due to how many bad reviews there are and nothing seems to be done about it.
