You’d think all Dunkins are created equal. They are not. I had a large order. My egg & Cheese bagels were hard as rock. They looked like they were left in the open and became Dehydrated. The cinnamon/coffee rolls were not fully baked. They were about half the size of what you’d get from a good location like the Southington’s N Main Street location or the Hartford’s Weston Street location.

They make good drinks, but they are slow! I always end up doing a mobile order when I’m there because I’ll stand at the register and 5 employees will walk back and forth and not acknowledge that I’m there after clearly looking at me. I’ll do a Mobil order and instead of putting it I’ll front where you’re supposed to put the Mobil orders they will keep it in the back and not even yell out the person’s name to inform you that your order is ready. The place doesn’t know how to operate smoothly, but that because it’s full of young liberals so I’m not surprised.

It is a pretty standard issue, Dunkin. The drive thru gets very busy because it’s right off the highway but they usually keep ot moving. The parking lot can be congested because it shares with a Subway. I have no real complaints.

My husband ordered Dunkin through the app to be delivered by door dash from this location. Everything was fine except one major thing. The 1 hot coffee that we ordered was not secured properly and spilled ALL OVER. I am enclosing pictures of everything. I could blame the delivery service but, Dunkin is usually very good at securing the cups. Half my coffee was gone before I could even drink it!! Not cool. You guys need to make sure every person who packs the orders knows how to secure the lids so there is no spillage. It was a mess and got all over everything else. We have been stuck at the house and have to order or else I’d be driving there to pick it up normally. This was the worst experience we have had.

The coffee is always cold not the first time I have this problem. I told the manager once, but I guess won’t be going to this Dunkin’ Donuts no more for my hot coffee is a shame so many employees and they can’t keep the coffee warm.

I really only get coffee feom the drive through @ any Dunkin so cannot speak to the atmosphere within. What I can say is the service here is ALWAY terrific!!

Coffee is always good, and the staff is pleasant and polite. Sometimes the counter service is a little slow because the staff priority is the drive-thru. It’s a little annoying when my favorite donut is sold out by mid-morning, though. At this point, my order is 25 cents cheaper here than at other local Dunkin’ Donuts.
