Honestly i dont now what changed here in the recent months but the drive thru line is always 10 cars long/ long wait times/ expensive as hell/ coffee is a real hit or miss (mostly misses) my bf stopped going here all together due to all of the above. hope they can figure out how to regulate cares better so the average wait time is below 15 minutes.

I ordered an “On-the-Go” hot coffee. When I walked in, it was not ready. I noticed a young lady working between the front register and drive-thru who also had time to take orders from four other customers who came in after me. When I questioned her about my coffee, she said that I “was not in line”. I explained I had recently placed an “on-the-go” order, thereby not necessary to stand “in line”; “on-the-go” side of Dunkin’, means an order is most always done right away (if time permits); She finally made my coffee but not without an argument and comment that they (the workers) were “slammed” (very busy) thanks to drive-thru. Understandable, but no need for the defensive comments. I still left a $2 tip for “the crew” & the coffee tasted good.

This is the only Dunkin in Manchester that is worth visiting! My only complaint, which it’s not just this one,is the cups and lids. Why do they always leak half of the coffee ends up in my hand lap or cup holder

I’ve been to a lot of dunkin’ donuts in my lifetime because I love dunkin’ donuts and when they mess the order up it really irks me but Manchester dunkin’ donuts hands down overall is the best dunkin’ donuts in Connecticut Hartford does not compare at all and I’ve been to a lot of dunkin’ donuts in Hartford I lived there for 58 years terrible service get your order wrong and act like they have a attitude because you come back and complain they should model after Manchester

How hard is it to read!?? Lol I ask for 1 sugar in my coffee… and 3 times always after noon they put like 5 sugars instead. How hard is it to put 1? Not hard I’ve worked at dunkin there is a button that says 1 sugar. I know there is 5 because my husband gets 5 sugars and I’ve had it before . Big difference between 1 and 5. But in the last few months someone cant read or something.

I need to give credit to this Dunkin. I’m a Massachusetts girl, so I stop at a Dunkin no matter what town I’m in and regardless that they’re usually not very good. This particular location is clean and well-staffed with kind people. You can tell they actually treat their staff well because they don’t look miserable being there. When they were out of something I wanted, two of them started making recommendations for alternatives, super patient and even offered to make something else if I didn’t like the first alternative (I did). They also always follow instructions like “light ice”, etc. – most stores don’t. Overall, great job guys. Keep up the good work and the good drinks!

I placed my order through DD app. But when I arrived, they said they didn’t have Cheddar bagel twists, so they asked what can we give you instead. I said, maybeplain bagel with Cream cheese, as it is a one of the cheaper item to get. They said we cannot do that because cream cheese is too expensive. I ended up giving them $1.50 for the cream cheese. They said, that’s what you WANT so that’s what you will pay. I said I wanted the twist, but you didn’t have it so I’m taking whatever cheap item you have instead. Still I ended up paying for adding cream cheese to my plain bagel. They took my app order. So they should have not asked for extra money. Especially for putting a spoon of cream cheese on my bagel. I hope the spoon of cream cheese was worth more than this review for the owner. I visit DD at least 3 times a week. Not this location anymore.
