One of the Worst Dunkin’ ever. Idk what happened I use to go here frequently. The staff are always rushing you when you’re ordering through drive thru and then when I say you got my order wrong at the Window they wanna argue with you. Terrible customer service and the hiring manager should be ashamed for hiring people with no costumer service skills or hospitality at that. Never returning.

We went through drive thru, ordered our items. Before we could even finish speaking , the employee on the headset told us to pull up. They were in such a hurry, they messed up the whole order. Amongst going back through and explains the issue, the manager if I’m correct had an attitude and seemed like it was a burden for him to correct the issue. We were told to wait and it would be fixed but yet we still got a cold sandwich and coffee wrong. These folks here seem like they don’t care about customer service or customers as long as they ate getting a check.

I live right down the street from this location and used them for convenience for months, but now I have to go out of my way to get my order right. More than half the times I place an online order, they hand me half the order and tell me to have a good day while I have to remind them of the rest. I recently ordered a coffee and donuts and the woman gave me an attitude when I asked for my preordered donuts, then proceeded to give me the wrong ones. The last time I ordered a cold brew with a turbo shot and a few other drinks, it came with sugar instead, and the other beverages were the wrong size. What is the point of ordering ahead if it is consistently going to be wrong? I’ll drive the extra couple miles for better service and accurate ordering

It’s a Dunkin’. Coffee is made as ordered. Toasting on bagels can be a bit inconsistent. Sometimes, it doesn’t seem they are toasted at all. Staff is generally friendly and has on the go orders ready.

Worst experience at a dunkin’ or any fastfood place ever. Not only was the manager ridiculing me for my outfit (Mind you it was early I was just wearing some pajama pants and a tee) She pointed out that I was going for a cheap option, and asked how much I make, not only is that completely unprofessional, it was also embarrassing infront of many other customers. I hope this franchise fails.

Check your receipts!!! Ordered two bottles of water and they rang them up separately, two different prices for the same item! I drove around to show them my receipts and they claimed “they rang up one bottle wrong and just gave it to me”. One was charged $1.59, the other was charged $2.79. Water is water! — Don’t appreciate two different prices for the same item! And rather than correct it, to be told “they just gave it to me”. That’s a lie and laziness. To be clear, I wasn’t given anything for free!! I paid for my purchases!

We went to buy 3 coffees through drive thru tonight. We ordered and we’re told by the clerk who was at back door smoking a marajuana joint, that they weren’t going to make another pot of coffee for us. So I asked him if he was saying that he wasn’t going to make our irder he said yes that’s what I’m saying. Smoking a joint on company time but couldn’t make us some coffee! So we had to drive to the Center Street location, they made us a fresh pot and said no problem when we thanked them. So the owners are different company I asked. Center Street and Deming Street are affiliated, I don’t recommend Oakland Stret. And plan on calling their management and corporate.
