So I order a everything bagel with a coffee toasted with butter & cream cheese my bagel was a plan bagel yes it was a mistake but pay attention at the register it’s not the first time this it has happened but the response I got from the lady making my bagel her words exactly tell her at the register you wanted double toasted because that’s how we toast all are bagels no turn your toaster up the general manager is awesome but some her staff need to check theirs attitudes wasted money cause I hate plan bagel in the trash I will find another Dunkin.Doughnuts

I live n the back of DD & on Monday (3/20/23) I stopped there (drive threw) asked for a heated coffee roll & got a what I call a cheese danish didn’t notice it til I got to work nor did I called & complain that I didn’t get what I ordered… Today (3/22/23) I stopped (drive threw) asked for a coffee roll heated & explain Monday I got the wrong thing the cashier trying to tell me I didn’t get it from there & am trying to explain I did & it’s ok so I get to the window she then tell me they can’t heat up my coffee roll & I said why when I got the wrong donut on Monday & they heated it with no problem smh so I said ok fine I don’t want it & drives off so I don’t know what’s going on there at that DD but I will NEVER but nothing eles there NOT even get a cup of ice

Ordered coffee from the app. CS with almond milk, went to pick it up and they gave me a black coffee. I wasn’t bothered but they gave me attitudes and then the female manager came to the window to give me further attitude took the coffee and left. Said it was what I ordered. But then they forgot the other half of my order.
