Placed my order 38 minutes before they closed only to get hold to pull up to the window to get my order, sit there for a few minutes, and then proceeded to be told. They can’t fulfill my order because they’re closing. I find it hard to believe you can’t put frozen hash browns to be heated up and a croissant sandwich in 38 minutes. Wild.

I ordered a hot coffee. Took a sip, felt what I assumed was a piece of plastic. I spit out what was in my mouth and it ended up being an insect. An earwig to be exact. Very traumatizing experience for me. I will never have coffee again outside of my own kitchen.

This DD only has drive through and I found entering the drive through a bit confusing and the workers on this day ,while attending to my order could have been a faster, it was only two simple ice coffees, instead of talking amongst themselves laughing and one was on her phone which is very unprofessional, finish the order and then go back to your call.

Slow service! Line is so long blocking traffic on the main road. Claimed system is down on Nov 20 @ 130 pm. No more orders. Always making mistakes on my order. Have to go back all the time to get correct order. Too many choices in the area. Not going to return to this location

I have given this Dunkin several chances and I have had to go back several times from drive thru orders. What is happening with good old fashioned customer care? most Consumers these days put up with anything for convenience and quick service and businesses are making a killing for the same cost or higher for less of everything especially customer service. Without the consumer these business will not survive. Again today there were issues with order. There is obviously no one doing quality control in regard to what the employees are doing. The girl who took order for drive thru…very pleasant and whoever made my drink (on point) are the only reason they got 2 stars. The guy at window of drive thru was miserable, mumbled at the window, barely interacted and didn’t even check the bag. When I went back, owner or manager at a table, manager behind the counter and neither got involved although there was obviously a problem with the order and a bunch of kids were dealing with it, shameful. Check, check and double check your orders or be ready for incomplete or missing items.

Went there this morning and asked for a medium iced decaf pumpkin with cream and only got a coffee with cream. When I told the guy at the window he brought it to the girl that made it and she said she put it in. She didn’t and it tastes gross. I worked as a assistant manager there with the same chain. I’m disappointed
