You guys need to train your employees better. The customer service needs to be better! You have employees who are rude and don’t know how to properly take orders. Me and my best friend order one coffee and specifically asked for ice coffee. 1 the young girl was rude as hell acting like she didn’t wanna work and then 2 you have a young guy who spoke to my best friend rudely because they messed up her order. You guys need to hire older people who actually want to work because they both almost got dragged.

Never have any complaints here. They always get my order right and are usually able to provide fast service. Whether it’s a strawberry coolata or a frozen french vanilla it always comes out right. The sandwiches are made correctly as well. I recommend anyone to eat here.

Worst dunkin in the area. This morning I thought I’d be nice and drop off breakfast to my wife on my way to work, her bagel had the most pathetic amount of of cream cheese on it I’ve ever seen, and even though it was 6 AM my coffee tasted like it had been sitting for 6 hours.

This Dunkin’ is good when certain staff members are working. The past couple time I have gone has been an awful experience. Either the person at the window is rude or they mess up the order. Today they gave us a coffee that had 3 Carmel, 4 sugars, and 3 creams. This drink was suppose to be 1 Splenda and oat milk. Thankfully we caught it before leaving the parking lot since this could have made my aunt, who’s the coffee is for, could have gone into diabetic shock. Do not go in on the weekends in the morning. They were so negative that we had to get our correct order. We also had mini bagel bites which were suppose to be extra hot since I personally hate when it’s cold in the center. The last 4 times now they have been cold inside while asking for extra hot. While at drive thru we could hear them complaining about having to cook up another set of everything mini bagels and the coffee. That was super unprofessional on top of not ever getting our orders right anymore.

This location Rocks my wife and I are always satisfied with our service, the morning crew are AMAZING Denzel,the sisters and the one with the long ponytail 🙂 Very efficient , friendly and welcoming since our move back in town very heart warming. Best time to go is early mornings I reassure you they will make your day and your coffee to your liking. They are there to please! Happy customers here!! 🙂
