Took 10 minutes of waiting for me to get my bagel twist and iced coffee. I was the only customer in the building. All staff (about 7-8 employees) were working at the drive through window. Employees must be mindful of people who are trying to go to work or appointments.

This place is great at 6am when the adults are working but later ont the day when the teenagers are work it sucks. Nothing is done right. It takes to long for them to make anything. And they just argued over who was going to make the frozen because know one likes to do it.

This Dunkin has always been a great location. I live in the next town over in Mass where we have a Dunkin and I drive to this location now. Fast, friendly, always fully staffed.

This Dunkin’ is extremely slow and they do not clean out the blenders properly since there is always a coffee taste in my coolata. I do not like coffee at all. You can even see the coffee in the coolata.

I order a 10 / 10 coffee (I know it’s a lot) everyday and today I got it and all the sugar was on the bottom so I asked the guy to please stir it for me , he sighed and replies “ugh okay” grabs it and does it. He handed it back to me aggressively and made it spill on my hand saying “have an amazing day” . Usually they’re great here but forget it I’ll just go down the street to enfield.
