I had not been in a while due to an unfortunate incident with an employee being extremely rude. After months I finally went back to day ordered a small coffe thru the drive thru was told to wiat they were brewing more coffee. A few moments late I was given my coffee after driving away and having to get to work realizing the coffee was cold and I feel given to me that way un purpose. The person who handed me the coffee was the same rude employee. Very unhappy about the service will never go to this location again. And you lost 125+ monthly business from em because I purchase many gift cards 1x a month. I know my name is Karen but I am not what the definition of a Karen is to most people. I work in customer service and I am kind and respectful. But I am going to speak out about bad service.

The rudeness is just insane.My family and i have a dunkin addiction so we go to dunkin every single morning. We get the same things every time. This used to be our to go spot but honestly this was our last time at this location. The employees are very rude and makes snide comments about your order. They actually get upset with us ordering at the drive through because we spent about $30+. I have 2 infants in carseats in the car i cannot go in with both of them and manage to get the food and drinks into the car. But its also none of their business why i use the drive through. Please do better. If im being kind and understanding there is no reason to be rude to me. Its not my fault you chose a job you are unhappy with.

Every morning i stop at a dunkin for breakfast. I always order the same thing, one bacon wake up wrap with one chocolate frosted donut. I do this everyday and it cost 3.07. Until i visit this store and the items cost 3.95. Almost a dollar more…
