I ordered ahead for the first time.I normally don’t go to Dunkin much, but I had a gift card. I was heading to work, and ordered ahead so I can swing by and pick up my order. Upon arrival, no one said anything, and I noticed nothing was on the Mobile Orders rack. So I sat in front of it and waited. 10 min go by, nothing came up yet and a customer who just walked in got his order. So I asked “hi, I have a mobile pick up.” , 3 girls just looked at me from the window area. After repeating it two more times, a lady who was busy caring things, kindly helped. My order was sitting on the counter behind the rack, not on it. Running late for work and Getting in the car, I realized they put chocolate or chocolate caramel cold foam instead of regular sweet cold foam. I do not like chocolate at all. So now my drink is wasted as it’s also been sitting for so long on the counter BEHIND the rack, the cold foam is mixed in. I’m not happy. This is my first time visiting this a drinking especially since moving to east Windsor. EDIT: I submit a survey in the car at work, informing them of this mistake. I get into my office , open my sandwich, there’s no cheese on my BURNT bacon egg and cheese sandwich.

I usually go to dunkin everyday and my opinion is, I usually get 1 out of 3 coffees that are really good or made Correctly that is for all Dunkin’s.. The woman at this D and D was friendly and gave me everything I needed and seemed Generally courteous!

Jesus Christ. Please fix this. Usually great coffee & service. Guy at the window is super nice. I’d give 5 stars but I want the company to read this. For crying out loud, please train your employees. The poor guy at the window – it isn’t his fault. The people making the food/coffees, they get my order wrong and they used espresso (I’m guessing) instead of actual coffee and I nearly had a heart attack from caffeine overdose. From drinking what I was served. I had to go immediately home and take medicine to slow my heart rate. This is dangerous and makes a $2 cup of coffee latte become a high medical bill if you’re not careful.

This location USED to be the best one in the area ( there are 5 locations in a 5mi radius here in E.Windsor. 4 have the same owners). It’s the only 24hr one nearby which is about the only good thing. The Drive Thru situation is a joke It’s a guarantee that you will wait forever and the layout makes it impossible to leave the line if they’re taking forever to take your order, which is most of the time There has not been a consistent crew for many years. I’d almost bet on not seeing the same face twice in the same week, during the morning hours. What staff they do have, are generally rude. Today the girl at drive thru didn’t know how to properly apply a discount from the app. Her solution was to tell someone there was a problem, and proceeded to walk away. On more than one occasion I have literally been asked “Do you want your change?”. Seriously? I guess I come from a different era a customer service and would never ask a customer that. If they want to give you the change that’s fine but you don’t ask if they want it. Very unprofessional. I don’t think I’ll be going back considering Cumberland Farms is right next door , with better, consistent coffee for a third of the price. Get some decent management and get your store in order

The stalest plain bagel w/ cream cheese I’ve ever had. It was like they toasted it last shift, forgot about it, and then toasted it again 8 hours later. The bagel was now burnt and hardened to volcanic rock after cooling. Perhaps they realized this and mercifully slapped an entire cream cheese block on top of it. No napkins or straw either to go with the coffee, which must have sat on the burner all night. Nice job management….

Went in there music blasting. Greeted by someone in dreadlocks who got my order all wrong! Wanted a double espresso with Splenda and a large latte with an extra shot of espresso. I got a large latte with 4 Splenda and an extra shot of espresso. Guess he could not here my order over the loud music! Never will I step foot in that place. Worst DD ever been to. Waste of money!

I just went here today after a Walmart trip, through drive thru around 1pm. there was two young ladies one on the microphone who was very rude and as me and my kids hear her saying “so slow” and “oh my god” in the background and gave such a snobby attitude. I thought I was exaggerating how I heard her horrible snobbiness until my teen daughter tells me after we leave drive thru, “she has such a horrible tone” which I agree on. I have never received such horrible service before.
