Legit the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Drive threw people are so rude and nasty every time i go. Last time one lady screamed “are you fing kidding me” because i ordered a taco. Drive thru at 9:45 am on 1/25/23. I ordered a medium hot coffee with cream and splenda on the side, and a sesame bagel, not toasted, with veggie cream cheese. When the person at the drive thru read my order back she said “plain bagel, toasted”. I corrected her on the bagel. When I got my order there was sugar instead of splenda, and a plain bagel insted of sesame. Ridiculous. Don’t go here!
