I’d don’t know about other shifts but morning shifts here don’t care what your drink order is. Hot chocolate 1 hazelnut 2 mocha 4 creams. First attempt nothing in it cause you would know if it taste like hazelnut and mocha for sweetness. I take it back. This time I can tell the hazelnut is in there just to shut me up. No mocha or cream. I pay for what I want. Can you give it to me how I want it plz.

They forgot a bagel which happens I suppose. The one start is for making us go back in on the coldest day of the year twice, saying they put the bagel in the bag when they didn’t. Terrible customer service.

They literally never get the order 100% right. It’s usually that they forget the donuts in a mixed order. Still, they are very nice and the coffee is always made right. I still go from time to time. Just be sure to check your order before you leave the parking lot.
