The two Latina girls working were both very rude and made us wait 10 mins for our coffee until I had to go in and ask, for then our coffee to be waiting on the counter and never brought out to us. Ask the girl why these weren’t getting brought out to us and very rude and nasty goes “we have other customers and very busy”. By far worst Dunkin’ experience ever and will not return to this location.

I had to wait 10 minutes for one order, an avocado toast with bacon. After 5 minutes I asked quietly where is my order and I was answered rudely with a “we only have 3 people working”. The rude person appeared to be the one in charge. A couple of minutes after her rudeness, one of the other staff went to the back and asked where my order was. The person never started it. I would probably still be waiting 30 minutes more if it wasn’t for that kind worker. I’ve tried over and over again with this particular Dunkin the last 4 yrs and I just can’t deal with them anymore. Thankfully there’s a Dunkin on practically every corner. But this spot, it’s a hard no for me and my daughter.

This location owes me at least $15 at this point due to me not being able to get my order. This location is SO INCREDIBLY SLOW! I’ve sat in line for over 20 mins several times with only 3 cars in front of me, and still had to wait at the window for 5-10 mins. I’ve also done mobile orders with a 15-20 min advance, and the order isn’t even started by the time I get there. Both of these scenarios require me to leave before I can get my paid order. Management needs to do a better job at keeping the employees on task. A customers order comes before your conversation or text message. If you are behind on orders, then every staff member should be working.. not standing around waiting like me.

This is the slowest Dunkin on the planet with some of the worst brown hot water I have ever had. It’s consistently 15-30 min for a drive through line. Maybe if the kid making the sandwiches wasn’t texting on his phone they could be more efficient? …I said what I said.

For me is a great place to chill out after dinner, this place is the only one who can make me my favorite chocolate milk, very creamy and chocolate, the chocolate milk is not in the menus, but the service take the time to make it for me as soon I walk in the guys know what is my favorite, its always a good place to visit where they know your taste. I tried repeatedly to tip them for their excellent work, but they always rejected it.
