Just had the worst experience at 8 am went through the drive through the girl was so rude because I wanted to select my donuts !!!!! In the middle I needed to know how many I had left if you could hear the attitude!!!!! If you don’t like your job get a new one. Fix your attitude your in customer service.

I deleted my previous review because this place has gone downhill as many reviews show and I’d like to add my own take. Since last year, the customer service has gone down the drain. They kept messing up my mobile orders, coffee tastes horrible unless it’s an iced flavored latte, they don’t know how to do anything. My biggest complaint is the manager who is a rude person that gives me attitude everytime I come to pick up my order. Never going there again.

Ordered a cold brew coffee and a plain croissant, on dinner break. Croissant didn’t look right, was flat and doughy looking. Took a bite and it was raw. Counter guy gave me another one, was even worse than the first, when I took a piece off of it, it was all dough inside. Showed it to counter guy, he said they always look like that. Offered me a plain bagel instead. So I sat there, chewing away on a dry, plain bagel for dinner. This is unacceptable.

We went during a busier morning and one employee was walking around looking at her phone most of the time. And If they’re gonna charge extra for more flavor swirl, then the coffee should be made right every time. The last coffee I got was watery and not sweetened at all.

We ordered a frozen drink and received an iced. We didn’t notice until drinking the liquid part and realizing it was full of ice cubes rather than it being a rather melted frozen beverage. When we brought it to their attention, the worker complained LOUDLY. Ma’am, if you had made the correct drink the first time we wouldn’t have complained even if it didn’t taste great because it would have been what we asked for.

Waited 10 minutes for a coolatta even after asking if it was being made. 5 drinks were made before mine that were ordered after. All the guys that were working were touching their hair & talking to each other instead of paying attention to the full location of customers. They did offer us a donut in compensation..

If you’re in a hurry, stay away. I go here on my short breaks at work and more often than not I’m hardly acknowledged. I stood in line for 10 minutes and all I got was a smile from the person behind the register before she walked away again.
