This place is such a JOKE. yesterday I ordered my coffee 4 times, came to the window it was wrong. I said oh that doesn’t look right, he was annoyed that I didn’t take it. 8 creams 8 Carmel no sugar, how hard is that. The cup was filled with sugar. So I leave, take a sip turn around go back, can I have my caramel please? It’s in There. I’m sorry I don’t taste it. Managers saying yes I’ll get it over and over, but the guy was visual upset. Let again, got all the way home, no cream cheese. Tonight I go , bc my Ddn was closed, pull up. Sit at the mic for 10 minutes. Hello, are u open? Yes what can I get for you? Ice coffee 8 creams 8 carmel. OK caramel signature latte? No I’d just like a large ice coffee. Oh well it’s the same. Well maybe it is, but I just want an ice coffee. Pull up she hands me a half empty cup. Also two bagels toasted with cream cheese. Leave take a sip, There’s no cream, a bunch of sugar and no caramel. Turn around. Get back home, no cream cheese not toasted . If it happened once in a while, no biggie were all human. But literally every time I go here they SCREW UP. at least they don’t act like they want to fight me over coffee, so I guess I’ll give two stars. Seriously they change $5.69 a large ice coffee. Head down to Maple Ave to save $, and deal with nice staff. Who do their job. Steer clear.

Do not bother spending your money at this location. Each and every time that I order from this Dunkin, my food is sloppy, obviously cooked with old oil, and is undercooked. Don’t waste your time, money, or functioning brain cells on this Dunkin—just go to ANY of the others in town.

Going down hill. Been going here for the past year and each time it’s getting worse. I always order the same drink, at every dunkin. Last few times I ordered a Large Iced Mocha Latte(less ice and with whole milk). The drink was just a giant chocolate milk. No coffee, no espresso.

Alright. I have been going to this Dunkin since it opened. Now it’s the one closest to my house, and I go almost daily when I’m around. 85% of the time, they are incredibly fast and get my order right. Recently, they have been a little slower due to staff turnover and no shows for shifts. There has been one particular employee at the drive thru who has misheard my order and put it in wrong. But nothing has been “unusual” for a Dunkin anywhere. They are not chronically slow or chronically messing up orders. Like all of Cary’s Dunkins, it’s still a better location than the majority of Dunkins out there.
