The young man who took care of me was patient, kind,courteous, and understanding; the reason I say this is because I’d went to 3 other Dunkins before this one and all 3 were close an hour before scheduled and the employees were rude. This gentleman did his job appropriately! He shut down when he was supposed to and was so humble! He turned a long, hard evening to a memory!

Certain customers get special treatments if you are known by the shift leader you can just cut the line and get served. I didn’t know you had VIP service now. I expect to be served as you come in if there’s a line wait like the rest that are waiting. Then wanna be rushing me to get out the way to serve the next person in line but it’s ok when the guys she knows just comes in and already asking him what he wants while there is people waiting in line.

Went from 5 star to 1 star. This place was great at first now it’s just horrible it’s like the things you pay extra for, they don’t care they put what they want on for you and not what you paid for ! Orders always come out wrong, just at this point shut them down or fire everyone and hire new people with proper training .
