Person behind counter was very unfriendly, when I picked up the box to leave, the bottom was wet because she apparently put it down on a dirty wet counter. When I got home one of my donuts had a finger hole all the way through it. When a dozen donuts is 14.99 you should be able to expect better

Attempted to go here after some shopping. First I tried to order an Arnold Palmer for my husband. This request was denied, because they don’t have that. Although you can clearly see lemonade and iced tea on their menu. A place that takes numerous complex coffee orders couldn’t fulfill two liquids in one cup. No other modifications. Ok, a bit lazy. Then we tried to order him a black iced tea with lemon. They didn’t have any lemon. Then I tried ordering a watermelon raspberry refresher made with black tea instead of green tea. But uh, oh. A small change in the order and I was met with contempt. So we decided to leave. With the economy the way that it is, small modifications should not be denied. Do better, I have never had any issue with ordering these specific drinks from other Dunkin’s. Which only proved to me that there was some insane level of entitlement coming from this specific location staff.

The guys who work the night shift should be fired. Rude and disrespectful. I am going to try and speak with the owner because I am tired of being treated poorly by the two guys who work nights. Why they don’t like me I don’t understand I spend 150. Every week. Today is Tuesday 3/28. Well today I called the customer service number and filed a complaint. I feel bad giving a bad review because the morning girls and guys are awesome but the guy on the night shift is so rude and disrespectful to me and my wife and I guess the owner (Jimmy) doesn’t care if his employees are rude to seniors.

I had just gotten hired here and basically what happened was I called them explained what happened this morning/last night, I told her that I have a condition called epilepsy and all this and then told her that yesterday I was having staring spells which is what I do before I have seizures and I just kept having them so I decided it was best I didn’t go into work because of all those seizure symptoms I was having so right when I woke up I went to turn on my phone so I could call Dunkin (it was plugged in and everything) but it was dead so then I went to back to sleep woke up again my phone was still dead so then I told my boyfriend I needed to use his phone and I called Dunkin and explained my situation like I had just said and then I asked if I would be able to come in Thursday morning instead and then the girl on the phone says and I quote “that should be okay let me go ask” so then she comes back (the girl on the phone is not the manager) and basically tells me that they hired someone else and that I was fired…the manager couldn’t even tell me this..this phone call happened ONE hour after I was supposed to clock in so I know no one had an interview at 6 o clock in the morning at Dunkin’ Donuts because why would they have an interview at the same time they would be “training” the new person and if you’re reading this thinking “you shouldn’t have done that because you may have been fine” I woke up still feeling the same way I felt last night so I strongly believe I did the right thing and that I was discriminated against and that is just so retarded

Made my maple bacon sandwich wrong again.. They put yellow American cheese instead of White cheddar and 2 pieces of regular bacon.. With the amount I have to pay for the food it should atleast be correct!!

The crew is friendly but the latte machine is always having an issue getting a hot latte in the winter is more of an issue than it should then when it’s remade they load the coffee with extra syrup so it makes you sick I am over giving this place chances I’ll miss some people but there’s magic moon cafe 5 min up the road it doesn’t have drive thru but you get what you order an hott This isn’t a first visit complaint over had this issue repeatedly over the pass year in a half So fix your machines or lose customers up to management

Just don’t come to this Dunkin, there’s more down the road, up the road..all over. This one is terrible. I have literally NEVER ONCE got a coffee made correctly. I kept trying because I’m always like, surely, this time it’ll be okay. No. It hasn’t been okay. Plus the manager is obviously going through something. He has a terrible attitude. “Do you have this available?” “Unfortunately, yes..” I kid you not he said that. Then proceeded to give out non de caffeineated coffee so my chest will explode. 🙁
