The people are always friendly and polite. The problem with this Dunkin is that it is unreliable in getting the order correct and making things to standard. As you can see I got a coffee half full but honestly a quarter of that is whipped cream so there really is only a quarter of a cup of coffee. New incident went there for the first time in a long time and they didn’t put the two of the 4 coffees in the carrier correctly and one fell out all over my leg and garage floor. This has to be without a doubt the worst dunkin in the franchise. Not to mention they forgot two sandwiches again.

They have them improperly trained employees considering it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts policy and has been for many years when you purchase one of there cups it comes with a free beverage if your choice and this location said they don’t honor that policy which was confirmed by the District Manager Ryan. This location needs to watch the Dunkin U’s for people that don’t know what that is it’s the videos they have the employees watch for the new products they have available in the store!!

This isn’t the first time I’m annoyed with this Dunkin. I got charged $4.29 for a bagel twist and on the app it’s $2.19. The first time the gave me whole milk while I specially ordered oat because I’m lactose. Also, what’s the point of having a store phone. They don’t and WONT pick up. This place is garbage.

This Dunkin is awful honestly. They never make the drinks to what I order and there’s always huge tractor trailer trucks parked on the side of the road. I had mentioned numerous times to the workers how dangerous this is and it seems to be ignored. There’s been times were six cars are behind me honking at the truck to be moved because no one can see on a dangerous main road. I will say some workers are polite but when it’s a life or death situation I wish it wasn’t ignored.

I had enough of this place I should bottle up the coffee that I couldn’t drink and mail it to the main offices to see if anyone can drink this nastiness 2 months without stopping there for the same reason and once again money wasted this franchise should be shut down and im not the only one that feel this way go on Facebook and ask people from town.
