Been going there 10 years, never had a problem till recently. Short brunette lady with glasses gave me an attitude about it not being open 24 hours and in the same manic discussion (with herself) pointed out the website says 24 hours. Next day she deliberately gives me the wrong food and glares at me smiling as I leave, only to find out later the food was incorrect.

This is consistently the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Tonight around 4:15 pm I waited 10 mins at the drive thru with no answer. There was no one ahead of me in line and one customer in the store. I drove off without ever talking to anyone. Similar to other reviews, I’ve previously sat in the drive thru for 30 mins+ without being able to leave due to how it’s setup. Even on the rare chances I actually get my order, the food is frequently not fresh or cold. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other Dunkins in the area a few mins down the road. It will save you time and frustration. I’m not sure who owns this location but it is so poorly run I am in awe everytime I go.

This dunkin has not been 24 hours in over a year yet at the time im writing continues to advertise that they are both on google and the dunkin website. Don’t go here past 9pm unless you want to be disapointed.

I wish I could give a -1 star as this is one of the worst Dunkins around. I have sat in line for 30 minutes at a time at the drive-thru, so I started to use mobile order. Well everytime I place a mobile order and by the time I get there it is not ready so I have to say something to the guy with long red hair and he looks at me like I have 10 heads. I should not have to wait when I placed my order 10 minutes ago. Also I went in there today and I don’t know what happened to there bottom counter but the wall was off and I saw fungus growing on the floor eith ehite fuzzy stuffand that is gross. This place should be shut down. Definitely not going back here again after seeing that.

Used the drive-thru for quick service. Sat at the window for five minutes before getting someone’s attention to inquire what was going on. Rude young lady informed me she was busy making food and what did I want her to do? Explained about my wait but she continued to escalate than inquired if I wanted the manager, to which I replied yes. In the meantime a young man brought my coffee and manger never came to speak to me!! Never using that store again!

Extremely slow service and when you’re stuck in line, there’s no escape. Rude service from most employees. They seem inconvenienced by doing their jobs. Iced and hot coffee watered down. Go to Westcott road or Putnam Providence Pike Dunkin’ instead.

Waited 20 minutes in line (no exit) to place my order. Was told $7.08 was my total. Waited almost another 5 minutes to get to the window, where I was told by a different employee that my total was 10.06. Had I not waited so long, I probably wouldn’t have made a huge deal of it. Was fed excuses by employee at the window, who told me her Manager quit when I requested to speak with them instead. Employees disappeared from view for a few moments before the Manager comes to the window and asks if there was a problem. I now had several, so I explained the situation and she said the total is what it is and if I did not like it I could cancel the order. I said I’m not trying to get anything free, I would just like to pay the total I was originally given, because I had waited so long already. She refused again and so I said I would just sit there then because I had nowhere to be. The Manager then threatened to call the police and have me removed from the property. I left the property on my own and they will not receiving my business any longer.

Hopefully you are not in a rush when you come to this location, because the crew there certainly isn’t. I love waiting 10-15 minutes in the drive-through only to have them mess up my order anyways. Even a simple, “Sorry for the wait, we are very busy” would be a step in the right direction, but you won’t even get that. Long waits, bad customer service, and failure to accurately make your order are the norm here. There are Dunkin Donuts every 1/2 mile, find a better one to go to.
