Overall not a bad experience, however there’s room for improvement. 1. Food took more time than expected for “fast food” . 2. Store could have been better cleaned. 3. I was offended that there was an intoxicated person at a table. NO ONE ASKED IF THEY WERE OK! Employees seemed to ignore the situation. Dunkin please do better!

I won’t come to this DD anymore, every time I go I have to wait over 8 mins or longer when I get to the window, The lady hands me my drink. After 8 mins passed by I asked the lady in the window how long for my bagel and her response was theirs 3 sandwich ahead of me. Mean while I see about 3-4 workers, the people behind me was trying to leave. I try calling the manger and voice box was full. I leave my house 20 mins early for I can be at work on time but that day I was 10 mins late. I will keep going to my favorite DD on 21 Providence Pike, Putnam, CT

Everyone is cheerful and welcoming, and if you find yourself having issues with this location, I think it would be a good moment to self reflect on how you treat people.
