I came in to pick up a mobile order. It was a little busy, but not chaotic. After waiting 10 minutes inside for my mobile order I had ordered 20 minutes before, a nice young man attended to me. The girl Gabby totally ignored and disregarded everyone at the register when she came to the front. Her friend came in and she jumped up to serve her a free beverage over everyone else even though people were waiting. A reliably-decent place to get your coffee or snack. The drive-thru is small but usually efficient, though too often the trash can is overflowing. Service inside the store is often a bit less efficient. But no major complaints.

I’ve been coming here almost every weekend for the past 2 years. The service and drive thru is on a steady decline. I am sitting in line right now at the drive thru going on 15 min. And this is every time, not an exaggeration. This place needs to step up it’s game and stop being slow and lazy.

The worst Dublin Donuts ever!!!! I will never go to that place again!!! They need to learn proper customer service. The whole staff is rude as hell. They whole place should but closed down and fired. Young kids working there and being managers is a joke. I was never told my total the food I ordered was cold when it was supposed to be hot. I suggest to people whom read this to never to go that Dunkin Donuts again.

So sick of going there at 7pm and trying to order a frozen coffee and then saying that frozen coffee machine is down for the night. Don’t understand if you close at 8pm then why in the hell are you cleaning things an hour before you close? Should be cleaning them after you close. Not impressed
