It ain’t too bad most of the time, but they’re definitely understaffed and therefore wait times aren’t great. Today my drink wasn’t mixed well and the hash browns I got were burnt, but its better than nothing I guess. Prices are also higher than lots of places.

Been standing in line for 20 minutes and they haven’t even taken an order from the people here at the store yet. Tons of people getting service by ordering online. That’s great, but the people in line deserve some basic attention… had to order online so we could get food at all. Terrible customer service.

Simply Dope
Coffee was pretty good, however when coming here do NOT purchase food. The sandwiches, breakfast and regular, are god awful. In fact, it is truly consistent in how terrible their food is because their hash browns share the same consistency and flavor as hand soap. In summation get drinks from here if you must, but honestly if you’re buying coffee you might as well go to Starbucks and get some quality brew.
