This Dunks had one of the best setups I’ve ever seen. It had coffee on tap (not literally, but the appearance of bar taps to serve their various blend). Aesthetically it was coolest Dunkin I’ve ever been in for this reason.

Don’t order anything but a basic coffee or drink from the morning crew! I drink Machiatto’s regularly and 8 times out of 10 they give me regular coffee or cold brew with no expresso at all. Again this morning ordered a hot Mach got a cup of coffee with steamed milk in it like people who drink expresso can’t immediately taste the difference??? Besides the fact that a machiatto is almost $6 and cold brew or hot coffee is half the damn price

Closed for Remodeling as of 2/27/23. Hopefully it will be more modernized to service customers more efficiently. It’s asking a bit much for a new high-tech LCD TV ‘readable’ menu screen in their drive-thru, but hopefully that will happen, too. Edit: Reopened as of week of 4/3/23 ? with the aforementioned drive-thru ‘upgrades’. Hooray!

Went inside to get a Large coffee and a muffen. After 15 customers came in after me and got served I had to ask again for my order that they never made. Stop worrying about the drive-through and worry about people that come into the store.

The employees here have the lowest standards possible. They had the audacity to sell me donuts that didn’t rise and were essentially thin rings of solid dough. I have given them every chance under the sun to correct themselves, but they just don’t care. Never go here.

Consistently bad. Ordered 2 hash browns and a croissant at drive thru. Waited 5min 18sec. For just one cold, gummy hash brown order. I watched them go up before the croissant was made. That’s basic – don’t let them sit. As always, I have no time to get it fixed so off I go to work, but never coming back here. Avoid this location. Nobody seems to care about quality, service or even the most basic training.

Management here is consistently bad, they’re always getting drink orders wrong and are incredibly slow. Furthermore their hiring process is whacko (guess that is to be expected with fastfood), they look down on minors.
