I ordered a medium latte. They let me order and pay for it and then 5 mins later tell me that they have to clean the espresso machine. I asked how long it would take they said now sure hoping no longer than 10 minutes. Waited 20 minutes then asked the status and they said its still cleaning but if I don’t mind waiting another couple min. It’s now 30 minutes later still no coffee. I should have went to Starbucks just a block up

We ordered 2 strawberry coconut refresher after waiting at drive through for 10 min. There was only 1 care at pickup window the whole time. We finally get to window & a guy just hands us 2 drinks made with tea or something. It’s NOT what we ordered. We told him they are wrong & his response was “we don’t have any coconut milk”. So your just going to give us what you want? $10 wasted. Come on #DD make it make sense.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for almost 2 years and never had a problem until recently. I always do a mobile order and today when I went to pick it up through drive thru the lady said it was ready. I come up to the window and she handed me a drink with someone else’s name on it. When I told her that wasn’t my order she then started arguing with me. Saying I didn’t order from this store and i tried to show her my phone and she wouldn’t look just kept saying she doesn’t have it (with an attitude) A man then came and looked at my phone and told her I did order for this store and she told me to come inside where I waited 30 minutes for my online order where they told me they did make it but the lady at the window gave my order away to someone else. I get mistakes happen but when you blame the customer for your mess up and don’t even apologize for the mistake and argue about it instead of just remaking it that’s horrible customer service. The young lady at the drive thru window really needs to pay more attention had I not ordered food I never would have known until I left which was bad because I can’t have dairy and the order she gave me had dairy in it. The young man did apologize though he was nice that’s the only reason I gave it a 2.

I ordered a large cappuccino and coffee roll. I was charged for another coffee and donut as well. I really needed the cappuccino as I was working I got a 1/2 cup of steamed spoiled milk. Never coming back to this location obviously filthy and incompetent.

Quite possibly the worst customer service in the know universe. The employees should be embarrassed and quite frankly don’t deserve anything more than minimum wage. And even that might be too much money for the effort displayed. I would say that I wish these employees have a difficult life but they work at Dunkin’ so I already know the answer. Losers

Friendly service but the hot cocoa I got tasted like super watery bitter dark chocolate. My spit had more flavor. Ended up putting a pack of swiss miss in the cup when I got home. Disappointed.

Great coffee, sandwiches are always cooked the right way and no long waiting time. I used to go to the one right up the road near the hardware store daily until I noticed they kept letting the more pleasant Dunkin employees go. Been back a handful of times for the convenience but every time I did I got stuck with the one girl at the counter that always messes up my coffee to the point where the last couple times I had to try it before I left to save myself the trip! Supposedly I’m not the first person to complain about it but instead of Dunkin doing anything about it, they keep her and let the others who can make a coffee go.. figure that one out! But you can’t go wrong with the Mobil Dunkin
