Decent dunkin, the customer service has been great lately, especially with that one person who is always super happy they deserve all the good things. Although it can be slow and the screen is broken and their scanner is janky, they also don’t seem to run any A/c. This all seems like poor management/owner issues.

If I could give them no stars I would, first of all we all ordered a lot of food because we were a lot of people the rude lady making the food handed us our food & sarcastically said ” heres the whole menu” basically trying to say we’re fat, we can order whatever we want if she’s so miserable about a big order then she clearly shouldn’t be working. We then went to the car and noticed we were missing a wake up wrap we went back inside and told the lady making the food & she gave us attitude saying she made it & she had to see our food we brought our bags back and then, she was ignoring us and continued saying she made it when she clearly didn’t and told us to wait. Im not just gonna watch her make other orders when it’s her fault she can’t do her job correctly.

Ordered a Sour dough breakfast sandwich, hash browns and a blueberry muffin for $10.38 plus tip this morning. Got home only to find that the only item in the bag was the muffin. Live out of town so won’t be back in area until next week. Tried to call for approximately one hour…BUSY! Will be back to see the mgr. on Monday. Hopefully, I can update this review positively as this is usually a good location.Muffin was good. Can’t rate the rest of my missing order!

This dunkin in norwich, the owner never seems to order enough. For example the new sandwiches new products run out quickly and then when you go back there there’s none. I had to go to another one. The only needs to make sure there’s enough to carry through so they don’t lose business but people going somewhere else

Everytime I order off of Ubereats they let me continue the order knowing that they don’t have the item. The manger I spoke to had an attuide with me as well. I never get the refund I ask for after they don’t give me my items.

Just walked out of there. One guy dropped the paper for the donuts on the floor. Picked it up and threw it back in with the donuts. The other made the coffe6wrong so he threw the full large iced in the sink then pull it out and took that dirty cup and scooped up ice out of the machine to remake it. Really. They both just contaminated the donuts and all ice going forward

Coffee was horrible cashier was good though but food was sub par and coffee was just ewww had to throw ours away like 2 day old cold then reheated bad coffee eww place was clean and looked good one monitor with part of the menu looked like it was punched and is all messed up and not visible at all needs to be replaced.
