West Main location doesn’t carry stick donuts anymore and the sell egg products but do not have ketchup. My friend ordered egg taco and it was brown (overcooked) and couldn’t find the veggies advertised. Would have returned it but we were on a schedule.

I visited here on 2/27 around 9pm ordered large Macha Latte. As soon as she handed the drink to me and it was very light. And this is what I got. Literally 1/4 or 1/3 is empty. I am usually okay with cup not filling full because of foam. But this was not right. I asked her its not full. She said thats how they make it without apology. Believe me. I have been going this dunkin and other locations more than 10years and this is first time I saw cup is served empty like this. And this is my first time posting review regarding dunkin. I didnt post any review even the hot chocolate tasted like water. And she said she can make it another one but it will be same. I asked her I dont need new one and all I need is jusy fill up the rest with steamed milk and macha powder. Of course she made a new one same amount as the one she already gave me. I took it and when I tasted,both lattes were so bitter I had to go back again and asked for sugar. Either she doesn’t know how to measure milk and powder or she is using wrong size of cup to measure.

I understand that Today is Christmas and this is only place was opened. But even though they were busy or had a little trouble to get a communications each other, they should treat their customers kindly. but she didn’t, and I felt bad all day about the way they treated me.

Honestly probably the most ghetto dunkin I’ve been to… Pulled in once and the sole employee of the night told me in her 8 hours there she wasn’t allocated a break… Not only is that illegal, but it explains why the donuts were out of stock… Who ever manages this store need to get their act together… Can’t blame the employee though, she was super sweet.

This Dunkin’ is always so good at making sure their customers get their food quickly and exactly the way they want it. They went above and beyond today. They were out of Vanilla Bean Coolatta Mix, so I replaced it with French Vanilla swirl. Amanda, who I believe is the manager, thought my coffee looked too light so she gave me another shot of espresso for free just to make sure I was in love with my coffee. Thank you Amanda!

Mediocre at best. Stopped in at 10am on a Saturday. 1 variety of muffins available (2 chocolate to be more accurate), 1 variety of munchkins available (and only 25 of those). Drive thru was slow (probably having to check stock on every order). Just not the fast convenient selection DDs advertises.

I normally have great experiences with this Dunkin’ & their staff but today I told them my coffee was made wrong and the girl laughed, shrugged and then walked away. It tasted like water and I had to throw it away after one sip. If I’m spending over $4 on a coffee, I’d like it to be made correctly. So disappointing.
