Good spot, no complaints. Typical dunkin. Restaurant looked clean. I really like how they have a sitting area along the front of the place outdoors. there were about 2 tables there open for customers. Was nice to see that option of seating available.

This Dunkin was not the best. Seemed dirty and understaffed. Was not serving hot food at the time I went (mid-day). Several flies inside. Coffee tasted burned to the point I tossed it. Donuts were fine. Employees were nice and tried their best to accommodate the rush of customers when I visited.

Avoid this DD. It’s the worst!!!. Went Saturday and unfortunately there were hardly any donuts but that wasn’t the bad part. I waited for 20 minutes at the register before I left without being served. They were understaffed unfortunately and the staff there seemed to be wandering around overwhelmed. One complained that he was exhausted and instead of taking orders fir customers that were in the store. They seemed more focused on internet orders, dumping out and refreshing old orders not picked up yet. Won’t go back.

They didn’t have a drive thru, which I can only imagine is a town ordinance. Going inside to a leaky air conditioner, the floor was wet, they had a DD cup catching the dripping… tge place was a filthy mess. The napkins were not in the dispenser, opened the bag and on the counter. They only had about 4 flavors of coffee. The people serving were very nice. I know it’s a resort area, and it was 7/5… but really? 2 stars because of the fabulous workers.

Was here at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday and it was a mess. Every countertop and table needed a wipe down. Tables had trash on them. Actually, everything needed cleaning..it was pretty bad. The employees disappeared into the back after we got our order and didn’t seem interested at all in the state of the place.

This is by far the worse dunkin I have ever been to! Orderd 2 coffees and 50 munchkins.Asked for a larger iced caramel extra extra got a lg iced caramel with no cream or sugar. They remade my coffee and was still not right.. waited 20 before I had to go back to the front and asked for my munchkins, only gave me 3 different kinds when there was 5-6 different flavors.

On a road trip, stuck in traffic so I figured I would get off the highway and get an iced coffee and something for my son to eat. This is without a doubt the dirtiest Dunkin Donuts I have ever been in and I have been in many. The bathroom was so gross. Layers of dust and urine splatters on the toilet paper roll, toilet nasty, sink nasty. The floor had so much crud on it. The dining room was dirty, flies were buzzing around the donuts and the cooking area was even more dirty. The floors had food that had dropped, old wrappers. The counters had coffee rings.. I can’t believe the health department hasn’t closed this place down. Its a beautiful building but so nasty inside. Dunkin Donuts in South Providence is 10x cleaner.
