Ordered a toasted buttered bagel with cream cheese. They must have thought it was a joke to put more butter than cream cheese on it making it completely inedible. I mean by the time my son opened it to eat butter was dripping everywhere and took a bite it was all butter. This was terrible. It was a $4 bagel so I don’t care about that but I care about ordering something to eat to hold over for lunch and not being able to eat because the workers either thought it was funny/joke or didn’t care. No I don’t want anything from anyone just to not have it happen again because we use this Dunkin a lot.

The staff was super friendly and did our coffee’s correctly but when it came to my order of egg and cheese breakfast wraps it took them a good 5 or so minutes to make them. I understand if do is other people in front of me but the store and drive-thru where completely empty so rhere is just no reason for such a long wait.

Went and bought me and my daughter something quick to eat before going to dmv ordered hash brown which looked like the were old and cold I then gave them back for a fresh order and I was giving back the same hash brown but heated they were so hard and burnt smh ridiculous I called the store and the manager say that is not exceptable we’ll tell your staff that who is training these ppl I pay my money you give me old hash brown then have the Audacity to heat the old hash brown up and give them back hard and burnt they were never fresh

I spent 36.07 on 3 coffees ☕️ and two 50 count boxes of munchkins. The girl handed me 2 boxes with 25 on the box and said very clear twice that there were 50 in each box. I said to her there’s no way . She replied, “I did the box myself.”” There are 50 munchkins in each box. I counted the boxes in the car. There were 29 in each box . I went back inside she was so busy looking for her phone she couldn’t help anyone .the manager came over and asked me what was up. I told him . He said ok so you need 50 more.” Turns to the girl and said to her, “Your phone is next to the coffee pot.” She ran over, grabbed it and stared texting. He laughed at her. Not one word about lying to me about the food I paid for and did not get. I will never go back to this store. And the way I feel about this place I my never go to another one again. McDonald’s has much better coffee and much cheaper.
