i know that dunkin is infamous for its inconsistency, but this was probably the worst coffee i’ve ever had- not just from dunkin, but in general. i ordered an iced caramel latte and i kid you not it literally tasted like somebody dumped a pack of cigarettes in it. i’m sure it was just incredibly burnt, but the taste was so overwhelming i could only have a few sips before i had to toss it. usually when my coffee is burnt i can power through it, but this time it was intolerable. i was also the only person in line but still had to wait a good four or five minutes before somebody came to the counter to take my order. i wasn’t bothered by this, but if i was in a rush i probably would’ve been pretty annoyed. so basically i would say just drive a few extra minutes to a different dunkin location so you can avoid this one.

Amazing customer service for my first time visiting! The ladies that helped me were very nice! They were patient with me also when I had my daughters with me due to my daughters not knowing what they wanted! But I appreciated the service and food was delicious. My refresher was made to my liking. I would recommend going here!

Eh, came once and my coffee was wrong. Hot not iced, ensure your employees are confident in the order they are taking, it’ll save you trouble in the long run. Poor girl was nervous as it was I couldn’t bare to correct her.

About time they have a new manager because the service is much better. Looks like they need a manager like this up the street because the service up the street is NO GOOD. Keep it up guys. You guys rock and hope your district manager see this and ask you what are you doing over here that could help them with the other one up the street. Oh there is no driveway but I love my carb side pick up.
