I go here a lot because it’s on my way to work but just won’t go back. It ALWAYS takes forever, but today 17 min to get a hot tea at the drive through with 2 cars ahead of me. I almost drove away without my order or paying because i was now late for work. Never again! Lol

I live in town and stop there 5 times a week. They get the order correct about 50% of the time. I’m not sure what’s wrong with their process compared to other locations. There’s no way to get the order corrected (no inside service, which I get due to pandemic) without waiting in line for 20 additional minutes again. It really can’t be as hard as they make it.

I wrote this because I’m shocked by some of the negative reviews. I go daily and everyone that works there has been extreme friendly. I’ve had to wait a few minutes here and there but that’s because the line is long. Not out of slowness but because of demand. No reason to give it one star. There are four Dunkin’ Donuts within 5-10 minutes of this one and they all have similar experiences. Meaning, it’s slow sometimes and great other times depending on the line, etc. I will gladly keep going back

You will never not wait in line for at least 15 minutes in the morning. One of the slowest drive thru lines ever. Half the time after waiting my order is wrong as well. I only go here because it’s on my way to work.

Extremely slow and uncoordinated service, wait time was 8 minutes with two cars in front . Minimal people inside the gas station … they’ve been open long enough to get their s**t together … coming here because it’s the only close option …. I will never be back to this location 50% you will get what you ordered and if you do it will probably be made wrong …. so sad … corporate doesn’t care one bit and its obvious management is just getting a paycheck seems

I went to this dunkin today and ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and the bread was so burnt on the inside of the sandwich that when I bit into it made my gums bled. I tried calling and I can’t get through. I ended up throwing my sandwich out the window. Not the first time I’ve had an issue here.

I was the only person in line and my order was messed up in three ways. Forgot a donut, toasted a bagel that wasn’t supposed to be toasted, and was making tea instead of coffee. In addition, two of the three people had their masks on their chins with their noses exposed.
