Whoever the bald manager-looking guy is, he’s a jerk to the employees. I go to this Dunkin when I want a coffee, because it’s the only one in town I can go inside and make sure my coffee is decaf. It’s rarely an issue for me, the employees are kind even when I need them to remake it. This time, however, was very different.

Outrageously incorrect orders. Check. Unpleasant staff experiences. Check. Have been here dozens of times and while there have been good occasions, correct orders, and nice banter with staff, there has been enough inconsistency and enough extremely disappointing moments to really highlight the negatives of this location. There is another one near the entrance to SR-2 W on Linwood Ave. Check them out.
